Why
is my mailbox telling me it's full when I have been deleting my
messages?
If
you use web-access and delete your messages on-line, they are sent
to your Delete Folder first. You must go to your Delete folder and
purge deleted files to reduce the size of your mailbox. To view
the Delete Folder, click up the Red Up-arrow.
How
do I change my 123m.com password?
Logon
to our mail server using the standard web-access. (https://pop3.123m.com)
Click on the options button, then change password button. The change
password dialog box will appear. In the domain field, delete NTSMN1
and replace this with 123ebiz, then fill out the other fields and
click ok.
Wrong
Password?
For
your security, our server locks your email account if multiple wrong
login attempts are made. If this happens, please contact us at support@123m.com

not allow the use of third party SMTP servers on their network.)
Second, you
need to enter your MSN email address in the email address field

SMTP
Error Message - Port 25
You
may receive the following error depending on your ISP.
The
connection to the server has failed.
Account: 'sample@123m.com',

Some
ISP's block outgoing SMTP servers, such as the smtp.123m.com server
to help control spamming and relaying.
To
correct this, the easiest solution is to use your ISP's smtp to
upload your 123m.com email. (i.e. - smtp.myisp.com) Keep the pop3.123m.com
as is. Your 123m.com email account works as usual. No other changes
are required.
In
some cases, your ISP may open Port:25 for the smtp.123m.com if they
know you are using a legitimate email provider. We can contact them
for you on your behalf, or try dropping them an email requesting
this change.
