What is the difference between Personal Account pricing and Business Account pricing?

123m.com charges slightly more for Business Email Accounts. Business Account pricing is charged to any account that is used for any business activity. E-mail addresses such as sales, returns, service, support, etc. are deemed business accounts, along with any domain that uses a company name.

Why is there a price difference?

Simply put, Business Accounts require more attention than do our Personal Accounts. It is that attention to detail that requires us to charge a slightly higher fee to our Business customers.
