- Your
123m.com email account can be used for Personal or Business use.
- You
cannot use any 123m.com e-mail account for the purpose
of spamming or relaying. Spamming/Relaying is the act of sending
unsolicited e-mail.
- Your
account is billed in advance for the yearly amount. (See Pricing
for current fees)
- If
you are not happy with the service we provide within 30-days of
activating your account, we will close your account and refund
your money. 123m.com does not prorate refunds after 30 days.

You must be 18 years of age to use this service.
- You
must agree to abide by the User Agreement
before accessing our servers. By accessing our servers, you are
bound by the User Agreement.
